"My gut says the sizing just isn’t right"
I ordered my usual size from Proudstitch and even double-checked the size chart, but the fit felt off right away. It was tight through the shoulders and arms, then weirdly loose around the waist. The quality seemed decent enough, but my gut feeling was that I’d never actually reach for it because the fit was so awkward. Ended up having to return it, which was frustrating.

I didn’t feel like there was much to choose from. The selection seemed limited, which was disappointing and made it feel like it wasn’t the best value for what I was hoping to find.

"Pretty let down by the quality"
I was excited when I ordered this because it looked really nice online, but once it arrived my mood dropped fast. It just felt cheaper than I expected, with uneven stitching and material that didn’t seem like it would hold up. After only a little bit of use, it already started looking worn out. Kind of a bummer overall, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Returning my order was way more frustrating than I expected"
I tried to return and exchange my order, it felt like way more work than it needed to be. The replies were slow, and the instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept wondering if it was just me or if the process really was that confusing. Either way, it was frustrating enough that I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

"Shipping took way longer than expected"
I don’t know if something happened with the carrier or what, but the shipping took forever. I was waiting on it for ages, and it still showed up way later than I expected

From what I remember, I reached out to customer service and then just waited for days with no reply. It felt like nobody was actually checking messages or trying to help, which was really frustrating.
